Alright guys, I'm about to blow your mind with this insane prep hack! I'm showing you how to turn soy-free tofu into protein waffles that pack almost 70 grams of protein. This Big Mountain tofu has zero fat, zero carbs, and 16g protein per serving - I still don't understand how they do this but we're rolling with it! Super easy recipe, just cut the tofu into blocks, throw them in the waffle maker, and top with some almond butter and sugar-free raspberry preserves.
