Play Fiddle Play is a song about a choice encounter between a man and woman who are brought together for a harvest moon dance.

I based the song loosely on a story my dad told me about how he and my mother used to dance to The Platters "Smoke Gets In Your Eyes." But my version of the song became less of a 50's song and more of a country barn dance song so I just went with it and the song just sort of wrote itself.
