Cancelled Philosopher comments on the book by contemporary Poststructuralist Christian philosopher, John D. Caputo's book called "Heidegger and Aquinas." Heidegger was a 20th century existentialist phenomenologist who studied being and metaphysics. Saint Thomas Aquinas was a 13th century Catholic friar, theologian and philosopher who had a proposed detailed metaphysical system of theology. Caputo gets into Heidegger commenting on separating metaphysics from a theory of the logic of judgement in order to separate empirical reality from actual reality.
