This is a side quest called Cuccos on the Loose in The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom. You go Kakariko Village and see a frantic woman with a side quest bubble above her head. You talk to her and she has 5 cuccos that are on the loose. Collect them all and you get a Fairy Bottle.
