Let's Build the House | Women of Courage

In our study this evening, we are going to deal with a subject that I believe will be a great help in understanding how to truly speak. When we read scripture, it truly needs to be studied and words need to be defined to understand what the writer of the book and letter are trying to convey in their speech. I believe it is rarely done in most Christian circles. Truly coming to an understanding will help us greatly in our walk with the Lord and our fellowman. The scripture can easily be understood if we take the time to study and apply ourselves (2 Timothy 2:15). We are going to dealing with the word “Edify” tonight. It is an interesting word with a couple of definitions applied to it. I hope as you listen to the study, your understanding will be opened and the title of our message will make perfect sense.
