Many times when people start doing some sort of physical activity , they will always reach a point when they will ask themselves ,what a may i doing this ?
That'll be probably your inner child asking you to quit.
That child inside of you will give you real excuses to good to refuse using.
You don't need to do this!
You are stronger, no point of been on the ground!
Why are you doing this? you'll never have to fight anyone!
You will never get involved on helping someone while they been attack!
You not a hero! come on Man!!
And many other excuses.
Instead you should tell your inner child , that you need to do this , because you want to get in the best shape of your life while you learning something cool.
Or because you are a paramedic or a nurse and you need to learn how to hold someone when is in distress.
Or maybe you need to learn this so when you playing hockey and another player hold your shirt while you are in your skates , you can control and not get damage.
Give you inner child Safety reasons of why keep on doing what you doing ,don't let him stop you! oss! And never show up with your nongi in a Gi class!!!!!
