Texas federal judge strikes down Obamacare as unconstitutional

There's a shocker. Most of Congress members hold law degrees - they all took some level of Constitutional Law - so, maybe if Nancy had let them READ it first, they might have noticed that they were passing a proposal that was not Constitutional. Just a thought.
