Going Freedom for Media Culture, yet not making a broadcast tower in the Capital until a few turns before the end of the game is a pro-player flex. Of course, everyone else chose Order.

Unless a barb was missed, then the camp to the north gave 251 culture. The operation started at turn 69 and ended turn 146, lasting only 77 turns thanks to Hiawatha. Unit list states: 8, 11, 12, 9, 10 , 11, 11, 7, 12, 12, 12, 16, 11, 16, 8, 7, 14, 7, 8, 18, 8, 16, 7 for a total of 23 barbs killed. A caravel from another camp came over, and didn't finish off Hiawatha's scout, but gave another immediate 20 culture, yet it was not from the desired camp.

At the very end, I was trying to remember to say that because Genghis Khan was fully influenced that not only did the city's population not go down, but there wasn't resistance either. It somewhat works against the player, as it consumes a tremendous amount happiness and takes significantly longer to raze than it otherwise would.
