🚨 THIS is what a creeping Orwellian state looks like. In this video, we expose a fake knife arch “test” being conducted by British Transport Police (BTP) at Birmingham’s New Street Station — where officers unlawfully demand members of the public walk through a prop metal detector. It’s not about knives. It’s about control, profiling, and intimidation. 🧠🚫

👉 The operation pretends to be voluntary — but those who avoid the arch are stopped, searched, and humiliated, especially if they “look suspicious”… And how is “suspicious” defined? That’s the chilling part.

🎯 If you’re a young Black man, you’re likely stopped.
✅ If you’re white and middle class, you're waved through.

🔍 In one of the most appalling incidents we’ve documented:
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 A family en route to their long-anticipated holiday is surrounded and searched — their bags ransacked in front of dozens of onlookers, their children distressed, and their trip ruined because of a "smell" officers allegedly detected.
Let that sink in: a SMELL was the excuse to invade the privacy and dignity of a peaceful family in a public station.

💔 The children looked traumatised. The parents were mortified. The public were disgusted.
⚖️ This is not about public safety — it’s about unchecked power and pseudo-psychological profiling by officers with zero qualifications in behavioural assessment.

This is not policing.
This is harassment.
This is state surveillance theatre masquerading as law enforcement.
