ILLEGALS DEPORTED BACK TO SUDAN After Supreme Court Rules In Favor Of Trump!

The U.S. Supreme Court on June 23, 2025, issued a 6–3 decision permitting the Trump administration to restart removals of migrants to third countries with minimal notice, overriding a preliminary injunction from U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy in Boston. This ruling effectively suspends due‑process safeguards that required migrants facing deportation to have “meaningful opportunity” to contest their removal. Conservative justices granted the stay without detailed explanations, while the three liberal justices—Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson—criticized the move, warning it puts migrants at risk of torture, death, or other grave harm. The policy has already been applied to migrants from Cuba, Myanmar, Laos, Mexico, South Sudan, and Vietnam, with some currently held at a U.S. naval base in. While the Supreme Court’s decision marks a major legal victory for Trump’s harsh immigration approach, the First Circuit Court of Appeals must still ultimately review the legitimacy of this policy
