Cool down with this ultra-creamy, naturally sweet mango smoothie! Perfect for summer mornings, post-workout refreshment, or just when you're craving something tropical and delicious. With just a few ingredients and a blender, you'll have sunshine in a glass in under 2 minutes .

Ingredients :

-Frozen Mango 2 cups
-Frozen Banana 2 -3
-Milk 1 cup
-Yogurt 1 cup
-Sugar 2 -3 tbsp or as per taste
-Pistachio sliced as required

Direction For Making :

-Take Ripe mango cut into pieces and freeze for 2 -3 hours.
-Take 2 -3 banana medium size cut into pieces and freeze for 2 -3 hours.
-Take a blender jar add frozen mango , banana , milk , yogurt , sugar ( If you like to add ) blend it well until smoothie.
-Take serving glass transfer this smoothie into glasses garnish with some sliced pistachio and enjoy.

TIP :

No sugar or any other sweetener is used in this recipe because the sweetness from the mango and banana adds just the right amount of sweetness to the smoothie.
