Pasco County Mosquito Control District, Board Meeting June 24, 2025

Audit results were discussed.

PCMCD does not appreciate the public attending their meetings and bringing attention to their existence. Pasco Watch is a very small group, according to Michael Cox and is out of step with most of the counties residents.

Cox wants Spring Engineering to be considered as the engineering firm for the refresh of the current campus. He wants them considered, after the entire process was completed to hire an engineering firm. I am sure the donation he received for his campaign from Spring Engineering, had nothing to with his request.

Apparently looking at the cost of owning Helicopters vs. having a contractor come and spray is not Ok for the public to engage in.

It is also not ok for the Public to wonder why the Director attended a meeting in Port Charlotte during the busy season for Mosquitos.

Tax Payers in Pasco County, should not question anything the PCMCD does.
