Iran Fires Missiles At US Base In Qatar; All About Al-Udeid Military Base | Firstpost America | N18G

Iran has launched a full-fledged attack on Al-Udeid, a US military base in Qatar and the largest US military base in the Gulf. This was in retaliation for US strikes on Iran's nuclear sites in Fordow, Isfahan and Natanz. US President Donald Trump claims 14 missiles were fired at the US base in Qatar, out of which 13 were knocked down and 1 was set free. Residents of Doha witnessed missiles and air defence systems in action as the Patriot Missile Defence systems came into effect. The Al Udeid base is the main base of the US Central Command, or CENTCOM, in West Asia. It houses around 10,000 US troops and hosts a range of military equipment, including refuelling planes, large cargo aircraft, Patriot systems and advanced radars. After the attack, Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei posted an image of a burning US flag on his X account. Iran says it is ready to retaliate to any new attack by the US. Watch for more..
