A recipe on how to cook a Russian dish, Makaron Po Flotski (Macaroni Po Flotski), a dish adapted from a Soviet cookbook.

This dish can be served to an individual or can be scaled up to a large amount of people.

Ingredients:
1 serving of beef (fresh, canned, Tushonka (canned beef stew))
1 serving of pasta
Butter or Fat
1/2 onion
Salt/Pepper to taste
Optional: Fresh herbs (dill), Tabasco, chili flakes)
