3.5 Cups Flour
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tsp. Salt
12 Tbsp. Butter Unsalted
2 Tbsp. shorting or coconut oil
13 Tbsp, Water vinegar Mix ( 1 Cup Cold Water, 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar)

Peach Pie Filling:Bake 375F for 45 minutes
3-4 Ib. Peaches
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
8 Tbsp. Butter (unsalted)
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup of Peach Liquid off Peaches

Pecan Pie ingredients: Bake 375F 45- 60 minutes
2 Cups Pecans
3 Eggs
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Corn Syrup
6 Tbsp. Butter (unsalted)
1 Tbsp. Corn starch
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract

Apple Pie Filling: Bake 375F for 55 minutes
Apple Pie Filling Ingredients:
8-10 Apples of your choice
8 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
1/2 Cup Flour (AP)
3/4 Cup Milk
1-2 Cups of Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Ground Nutmeg (optional)
