TESTING A NEW FISHING ROD

I was actually testing two new rods, the Proteus bass rod and a new crappie max pro rod. I just didn't count the crappie rod as it was just a identical replacement for one that had broken. The Proteus by Little Miami Outfitters is an excellent rod. I was disappointed that the bass didn't cooperate that day, I am looking forward to getting on some good bass soon and really putting the rod through its paces.
