All excommunicated heretics deny the valid 1917 Code of Canon Law...24 June, 2025 AD

Official Publication and Magisterial Decree of the Holy Apostolic See of Rome (in exile), by His Holiness Pope Jacobus I, on the subject of the serious and sacrilegious violations of the valid canonical doctrine, the 1917 Code of Canon Law, by the IPSO FACTO (and declared by the Holy See) excommunicated heretics of the illegitimate assemblies of SSPX, SSPX-MC, SSPV and all the sedevacantist/sedeprivationist heretics. This Our Apostolic Decree condemns these assemblies of heretics for their evils and manifestly heretical omissions, denial and or violations of this fully binding 1917 Code of Canon Law, in several instances and points, which this present Decree condemns and fully reprobates. There is no need to deal more in detail with the situation regarding the Novus Ordo APOSTATE pro-communist semi-Protestant Sect, as these servants of the devil are much more visible and the Divine Institution Roman Catholic Church does not need to condemn these evil works of this Novus Ordo semi-Protestant Sect, as that has already been in principle done by the Holy Council of Trent during the Protestant revolt. Anyone therefore associated with these heretical assemblies named above is thus declared excommunicated, pursuant Canon 2314, 1917 Code of Canon Law, specially reserved to judgment of this Holy See, in individual cases.
