How To bypass The Windows 11 Microsoft User Account Setup Section When You don't have an account or With No Internet Access!
If you are setting up Microsoft Windows 11 and have either NO Interent access or your Motherboard is very new, you might not have the drivers installed to get online to create a Microsoft Account.
Alternatively you might just want to temporarily or permanently bypass the Microsoft Account setup screen and do it later or not at all.

When you get to the User Account Creation page of setup, press Shift and F10.
You might need to also press the FN or Function key - depending on your keyboard setup.

When the Command Prompt box appears, click on it to make it the active window.
Type in the following command
start ms-cxh:localonly
then press enter to continue.

Sometimes it will let you create a local account without a password or extra credentials.
For me it seems the latest Windows 11 Installer also requires some personal questions answered to allow for account recovery.
