Ingredients For Kofta :

-Boiled Chickpeas 1 +1/2 cup ( Chana )
-Besan 1/2 cup ( Gram flour )
-Fresh coriander 1/4 cup ( Hara Dhania )
-Green chilies 2 ( Hari Mirch )
-Egg one
-Garlic Cloves 3 ( Lehsun )
-Fresh coriander 1/4 cup ( Hara Dhania )
-Mint Leaves 20 -30 Leaves ( Podina )
-Green chilies 2 ( Hari Mirch )
-Onion 1 small ( Pyaz )
-Red chili powder 1/2 tsp ( Lal Mirch Powder )
-Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp ( Haldi Powder )
-Salt 1/2 tsp or ( Namak )
-Coriander powder 1 tsp ( Dhania powder )
-Garam masala 1 tsp
-Carom seeds 1/2 tsp ( Ajwain )

Ingredients For Curry :

-Cooking oil 2 tbsp
-Onion 1 medium ( Pyaz )
-Ginger 2 inch ( Adrak )
-Garlic cloves 6 -8 ( Lehsun)
-Tomatoes 1 medium ( Tamatar)
-Water 1/2 cup ( Pani)
-Cooking oil 1/2 cup
-Red chili Powder 1 tsp ( Lal Mirch powder )
-Salt 1/2 tsp ( Namak ) or as per taste
-Coriander Powder 1 tbsp ( Dhania Powder )
-Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp ( Haldi Powder )
-Garam Masala 1 tsp
-Zeera powder 1 tsp ( Roasted Cumin Powder )
-Chicken powder 1/2 tsp
-Yogurt 1/4 cup ( Dahi )
-Dried Fenugreek leaves 1 tsp ( Kasuri Methi )
-Green Chilies 2 -3 ( Hari mirch )
-Mint Leaves 1 tbsp ( Podina )
-Fresh Coriander ( Hara Dhania )

Direction For Cooking :

-Take a frying pan add gram flour stir continuously for 2 -3 mins on low flame until it turned into light golden then transfer to a bowl set aside.
-Take a blender add boiled chickpeas , fresh coriander , green chilies blend it well then add egg again blend it well to make a smooth paste transfer to a bowl.
-Now Take a chopper add fresh coriander , mint leaves , green chilies , onion chopped it well.
-Transfer this to chickpeas mixture then add red chili powder , salt , turmeric powder , coriander powder , garam masala , carom seeds 3 tbsp of gram flour mix it well .
-Apply some oil on hands make small balls then set aside.
-Take a wok add cooking oil add chickpeas balls fry for 4 -5 mins on medium flame then set aside.
-Take a frying pan add oil add chopped onion , ginger , garlic , green chilies , tomatoes fry for 2 -3 mins then add water cover and cook until all water dries on low flame.
-Take a blender jar add this into jar and make a smooth paste.
-Take a wok add cooking oil add onion paste and cook for 5 -6 mins on medium flame.
-Add Red chili Powder , turmeric powder , salt , garam masala , cumin powder mix it well & cook for 2 -3 mins.
-Add chicken powder cook for 2 mins then add yogurt mix it well and cook until oil separates now bring it to boil then add chickpeas mix it well cover and cook for 5 -6 min on low flame .
-Now add dried fenugreek leaves , green chilies , mint leaves , fresh corinder mix well cover and simmer on 2 -3 mins low flame.
-Serve with roti and enjoy
