Escape the Texas Heat on Father’s Day

Celebrating Father’s Day weekend checking out the yummy bbq at Roy Hutchins in Trophy Club. Then Saturday we went back to downtown Denton where there was a rally across the street at the college. We also drove around Lake Lewisville and stopped at the Little Elm park and boat Marina.

Back at home, I made a low carb organic fried riced cauliflower using organic ingredients and mixed in organic sausage and eggs. It was a crazy but special Father’s Day and Flag Day weekend!
