This is a bag-in-box system packaging hundreds of pounds of restaurant-ready chicken every minute. Operators on the floor are able to monitor the system and perform quality checks on product, calibrate scales and baggers, and make adjustments as needed.

Previously, these men and women would have had to load the bags into boxes by hand before delivery, performing long days of repeated motion. Increased productivity in the area leads to higher wages, and mechanical assistance reduces the chance of injury, especially repeated-motion injuries.
