The World Health Organization (WHO) Pandemic Agreement is an international treaty aimed at controlling the global health architecture and attempts to prevent, prepare for, and respond to future pandemics. The WHO seeks to have dominion over all plants, animals and humans. McCullough told Gaffney that Trump's instincts were correct in pulling out of the WHO altogether.
