Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is hiding in a bunker due to fears of assassination.

The Iranian government has announced that Khamenei is preparing for the worst and has selected three individuals to succeed him. However, their identities have not been disclosed. Notably, Khamenei's son, Mojtaba, is reportedly not among the candidates.

Furthermore, Iran's Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi has stated that Khamenei is expected to flee and has called for regime change in Iran.
