Mad Max and the Dead Barrens

In this Mad Max mission, Jeet asks to open up the passage to the dead barrens with a cargo truck full of explosives. This will open up the trade route to the Dead Barrens where Jeet can trade more. It also allows Mad Max further access to more ammunition and who knows what else!
