Wheelchair individual possibly intoxicated from 735 to 912 am. The exploitation of the vulnerable is standard for the fifth column, or spy agencies or gangsters or Deep State wherever you want to call them, many individuals such as homeless, drug addicts, poor, mentally unwell, has been deployed next to my apartment for years, and during my bike trips, some of them in pain.
