BASIC UNDERSTANDINGS OF SCRIPTURE FOR TRUTH PART 56 Genesis Chapters 46-50 Insight into the Millennial Kingdom

THE MILLENNIAL KINGDOM of Jesus, the King of Kings
Jesus, now in His Return, ends the 5000-year vain attempt of satan and man to fulfill Babel’s/Babylon’s dream in counterfeiting God’s Theocratic Government on the Earth without God. (Genesis 11:1)
Satan is bound (Revelation 20:1-3) for 1000 years.
The Jewish faithful dead are resurrected. (Isaiah 26:19)
Animals’ natures will be affected. (Isaiah 11:6-9)
Human life will be prolonged. (Isaiah 65:20,22, Ezekiel 47:12)
There will be a seven-fold increase of light (but not of heat). (Isaiah 30:26)
The Land will become much more fertile, particularly in Israel. (Amos 9:13, Isaiah 35:1, Isaiah 55:13 etc.)
The glory of the Lord shall be manifest in the Earth.
All Jews are gathered from the 4 corners of the Earth to restored Israel (anti-typical of Joseph’s relationship with his brethren now gathered to Goshen…. in foundational understanding).

Isaiah declares the prevailing spiritual darkness on the Earth at the beginning of the Millennial Kingdom… “Arise, shine, for thy light has come, and the glory of the Lord is rise upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth (it being the time coming out of the Great Tribulation), and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee (Israel), and his glory shall be seen upon thee.” (Isaiah 60:1-2) And for all this, ‘the will of God’ will not be done ‘on Earth as in Heaven,’ in that Peace and Justice in righteousness will need to be administered by force. See Zechariah14:17-19 in regards to the consequences for those who do not keep God’s commands to worship Jesus in Jerusalem… “And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain. And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith the Lord will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles. This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.” Revelation 2:27 says, “And he shall rule them with a rod of iron (which means that unrighteousness will be quickly punished); as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.” Revelation 19:15… “And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.” And Revelation 12:5 speaks again to the same New Testament overcomer as Revelation 2:27… those of the Manchild who are the First Fruits, and a part of the Harvest of those who rule with Christ… “And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.” (Note that the Bride of Christ are the ones who administer judgements, being that the Angels of God will have then laid down their crowns of authority to glorified men… as Hebrews 2:5 says, “For unto the angels hath he not put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak.”)

The Millennial Kingdom Age of ‘Rest’ in this Realm’s Earth and heaven will then be under the Rule of the Messiah. Having discovered His eternal heavenly Consort/Bride as worthy in the previous Age of Grace and Mercy, Christ now turns His attention to qualifying faithful worthies for God’s eternal New heaven and New Earth. Those purposes of God finding a Bride for His Son having been accomplished (Revelation 20:6), now, the eternal destiny of these in the Millennial Kingdom and those yet to be born on the Earth, and those remaining in Hades, are to be determined at the Great White Throne Judgement, which is a thousand years later, and is according to faith and works (on the basis of having worked out a personal righteousness or through the Atonement provision of Jesus). (Revelation 20:11-15… “And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.”)

The 7th Millennium since Adam’s rebellion begins the fulfillment of God’s promise of Genesis 3:15 (the crushing of satan’s head by the Seed of the woman), which is now being fully realized in the UNCONDITIONAL Covenant promises unto Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
That of… making of Abraham… 1) a great name, 2) a numerous people… meaning a natural posterity/seed (Jews, represented “as the dust of the earth”) and plus a spiritual posterity/seed (the spiritual seed of Jesus… those “in Christ” who are represented “as the stars of heaven”), 3) a blessing to the Gentiles, 4) a “curse to those who curse you,” 5) a blessed fertile Country of their own, 6) and the progenitor of the Seed of Promise (Jesus)… (the fulfillment of all these promises presume a resurrection from the dead). That Covenant that God ratified was/is to be forever and unconditional due to Abraham’s willingness to sacrifice his son Isaac. It is a Covenant independent of Abraham’s future behavior, or that of Isaac’s, or Jacob’s, or their seed the Israelites.

The time of their appointed promised inheritance has now come, and it came not by the keeping of the Law of Moses. Rather, it will have come in accordance with the ‘New Covenant’ (yet to be made) based upon the finished Atonement work of Jesus Christ their promised Messiah. (Hebrews 8:7-13… “For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah: Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord. For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days (the Last Days), saith the Lord; (the following to happen at the beginning of the Millennium…) I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people: And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more. In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.” See also Jeremiah 31:31-37… “Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the Lord: But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. Thus saith the Lord, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The Lord of hosts is his name: If those ordinances depart from before me, saith the Lord, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever. Thus saith the Lord; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the Lord.”) That New Covenant has nothing to do with the New Testament Church/‘Body of Christ’… and therefore, does not belong to this Dispensation. The New Covenant with Israel is Eternal and is intricately involved with the resurrection of the faithful Jewish dead and eternal verities/principles based upon the Atonement purposes of Jesus the Christ.

The promised Salvation of the Last Days’ living/surviving remnant of Jewish souls came by seeing the coming of their Messiah Jesus… “Shiloh.” See Genesis 49:10 where Jacob is speaking to Judah and says the spiritual mantle will not depart from his line until “Shiloh”/Jesus comes… “The sceptre (of spiritual leadership/authority) shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.” Jesus, having come from the line of Judah, is described in Revelation 5:5 and Revelation 22:16 as… “The Lion of the Tribe of Judah, the root and offspring of David.” At His Glorious Return, the small Remnant of surviving Jews (those whom had been sealed because whose hearts were receptive toward Him) will then sorrowfully repent of theirs and their ancestors’ persistence in unbelief. They will then, by faith in Jesus and by repentance, be ’justified’ before God (‘born from above’)… and will be circumcised in their hearts by the Holy Spirit in answer to Old Testament prophecy. (This being a separate/different work of the Holy Spirit, apart from that transforming work being accomplished in a follower of Jesus in this current Dispensation wherein we now live.) In that, it is now for His own Name’s sake that He will establish them (the surviving Jews of ‘Jacob’s Trouble,’ for the most part without merit) in the Land in accordance with His covenant promises to the Jewish Patriarchs and to glorify His Great Name before the Gentiles. (Ezekiel 36:16-38… “Moreover the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Son of man, when the house of Israel dwelt in their own land, they defiled it by their own way and by their doings: their way was before me as the uncleanness of a removed woman (a menstruating woman’s cloth). Wherefore I poured my fury upon them for the blood that they had shed upon the land, and for their idols wherewith they had polluted it: And I scattered them among the heathen, and they were dispersed through the countries: according to their way and according to their doings I judged them. And when they entered unto the heathen, whither they went, they profaned my holy name, when they said to them, These are the people of the Lord, and are gone forth out of his land. But I had pity for mine holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the heathen, whither they went. Therefore say unto the house of Israel, thus saith the Lord God; I do not this for your sakes, O house of Israel, but for mine holy name's sake, which ye have profaned among the heathen, whither ye went. And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the Lord, saith the Lord God, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes. For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries (at the beginning of the Millennial period), and will bring you into your own land. Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh (as seen in Jeremiah 31:33 and Hebrews 8:10). And I will put my spirit within you (see Joel 2:28), and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them. And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God. I will also save you from all your uncleannesses: and I will call for the corn, and will increase it, and lay no famine upon you. And (in Millennial Kingdom Israel) I will multiply the fruit of the tree, and the increase of the field (that increased fertileness we mentioned earlier), that ye shall receive no more reproach of famine among the heathen. Then shall ye remember your own evil ways, and your doings that were not good, and shall lothe yourselves in your own sight for your iniquities and for your abominations (in the same way we, as redeemed believers in Christ loathe the “old man” nature). Not for your sakes do I this, saith the Lord God, be it known unto you: be ashamed and confounded for your own ways, O house of Israel. Thus saith the Lord God; In the day that I shall have cleansed you from all your iniquities I will also cause you to dwell in the cities, and the wastes shall be builded. And the desolate land shall be tilled, whereas it lay desolate in the sight of all that passed by. And they shall say, This land that was desolate is become like the garden of Eden; and the waste and desolate and ruined cities are become fenced, and are inhabited. Then the heathen that are left round about you shall know that I the Lord build the ruined places, and plant that that was desolate: I the Lord have spoken it, and I will do it. Thus saith the Lord God; I will yet for this be enquired of by the house of Israel, to do it for them; I will increase them with men like a flock. As the holy flock, as the flock of Jerusalem in her solemn feasts; so shall the waste cities be filled with flocks of men: and they shall know that I am the Lord.”)

The result of all this, as declared in Romans 11, is their being grafted back into the Olive Tree and Abraham’s promises… the poignant Truth that “the gifts and calling of God are without repentance” (irrevocable).

The “latter rain” will have fallen on repentant Israel at the beginning of the Millennial Kingdom. (Joel 2:18-32… “Then will the Lord be jealous for his land, and pity his people. Yea, the Lord will answer and say unto his people, Behold, I will send you corn, and wine, and oil, and ye shall be satisfied therewith: and I will no more make you a reproach among the heathen: But I will remove far off from you the northern army (Assyria and Babylon… types set forth as Last Days’ Anti-Christ), and will drive him into a land barren and desolate, with his face toward the east sea, and his hinder part toward the utmost sea, and his stink shall come up, and his ill savour shall come up, because he hath done great things. Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the Lord will do great things. Be not afraid, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig tree and the vine do yield their strength. Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately (the gift of the power of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost), and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month. And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with wine and oil. And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed. And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the Lord your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed. And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh (the Jews); and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions (these are the gifts of the Holy Spirit given to Israel in this latter rain outpouring that awe those of the whole Earth): And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit (on Israel). And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke (during the time of Jacob’s Trouble/the Day of the Lord). The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the Lord come. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.”)

Ezekiel 37:12-14 speaks to when the Holy Spirit will raise the Jewish faithful from among the dead and fill their souls… “Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves (literally), and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel. And ye shall know that I am the Lord, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves, And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall ye know that I the Lord have spoken it, and performed it, saith the Lord.” See also Isaiah 26:19… “Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.”

And whereas in Jacob’s ‘first born blessing,’ the double portion was divided between Joseph’s 2 sons; the material part to Ephraim and Manasseh… and the spiritual part to Judah (Genesis 48:22 with 49:10), now that Shiloh (Jesus) has come, the Millennial First-born Blessing received by both the remnant living and the resurrection of the faithful dead of Israel, then the Nation of Israel is to be no longer divided as times past after the death of Solomon… in that, God then in the Millennial Kingdom joins the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, with the stick of Judah… and they will be forever one in His hand. (Ezekiel 37:15-28… “The word of the Lord came again unto me, saying, Moreover, thou son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim and for all the house of Israel his companions: And join them one to another into one stick; and they shall become one in thine hand. And when the children of thy people shall speak unto thee, saying, Wilt thou not shew us what thou meanest by these? Say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, even with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in mine hand. And the sticks whereon thou writest shall be in thine hand before their eyes. And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land: And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all. Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwellingplaces, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God. And David my servant (being then resurrected and glorified) shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd: they shall also walk in my judgments, and observe my statutes, and do them. And they shall dwell in the land that I have given unto Jacob my servant, wherein your fathers have dwelt; and they shall dwell therein, even they, and their children, and their children's children for ever: and my servant David shall be their prince for ever. Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them: and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore. My tabernacle also shall be with them (the Temple of Ezekiel in the Millennium): yea, I will be their God, and they shall be my people. And the heathen shall know that I the Lord do sanctify Israel, when my sanctuary shall be in the midst of them (all men, generally speaking) for evermore” (in New Jerusaelm.).

And the chosen Nation will then wholeheartedly obey the Word of God according to the revamped Law of Moses (as there is no ark, no veil, no paschal/Passover lamb offering for justification since redemption and justification before God is entirely based on Jesus’ Blood having been fully realized, no mention of the Day of Atonement, no veil since the way has been opened, no table of shewbread or menorah is mentioned by Ezekiel, but there is a Throne in the Holy of Holies and other differing specifics according as to those things filled with their meaning in Christ, and those things memorial, and those things not yet fulfilled… “till heaven and earth pass” {at the end of the Millennial Kingdom}…not “one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the Law till all be fulfilled.”). Ezekiel’s vision having anticipated, in its typical observances, the First and Second Comings of the Promised Seed.
(See Deuteronomy 30:1-10, and note the word ‘love’ with all your heart extends to the “…hearts of their seed”… “And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither the Lord thy God hath driven thee, And shalt return unto the Lord thy God, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul; That then the Lord thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations, (at the beginning of the Millennial Kingdom) whither the Lord thy God hath scattered thee. If any of thine be driven out unto the outmost parts of heaven, from thence will the Lord thy God gather thee, and from thence will he fetch thee: And the Lord thy God will bring thee into the land which thy fathers possessed, and thou shalt possess it; and he will do thee good, and multiply thee above thy fathers. And the Lord thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live. And the Lord thy God will put all these curses upon thine enemies, and on them that hate thee, which persecuted thee. And thou shalt return and obey the voice of the Lord, and do all his commandments which I command thee this day. And the Lord thy God will make thee plenteous in every work of thine hand, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy land, for good: for the Lord will again rejoice over thee for good, as he rejoiced over thy fathers: If thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which are written in this book of the law, and if thou turn unto the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul.”) Which will answer to the Jews’ Millennial Kingdom anointing on the Earth and most importantly, their being a great spiritual blessing as a light to the Gentile Nations. (Zechariah 8:22-23… "Yea, many peoples and strong nations shall come to seek the Lord of hosts in Jerusalem… in those days it shall come to pass that ten men shall take hold, out of all the languages of the nations, shall even take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew (because of their transformation and the power of the Holy Spirit in them), saying, We will go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.” - After the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the Jews, they will have the heart and the tools to evangelize those of the whole Earth.)

No longer will the Earth be gripped in darkness with demonic-driven apostasy… but there will be an inspired hunger for God in the Gentile Nations. (Genesis 1:2-3) This is in stark contrast with the last act of the Nations before the Millennial Kingdom where all the Nations descended on Israel arrayed in war against the Messiah…"the mountain of the Lord’s house (Ezekiel’s Temple) shall be established in the top of the mountains (in that the topography in and around Jerusalem will have changed) … AND ALL NATIONS (all the nations of the earth; the masses of mankind) SHALL FLOW (stream) INTO IT. And many peoples shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the Mountain of the Lord." (Isaiah 2:2-4)… The Jews no longer profaning His name, but sanctifying it amongst the nations.

What moves the survivors in mass to earnestly seek God?…The seeing and hearing of how God favored and delivered the Jews from the clutches of the World Ruler (the Anti-Christ), and the conditions from which the World was just liberated from… its chaos and its demon-inspired darkness and depravity, (Isaiah 24:21-22) and seeing the calm after the Earth’s tremendous material upheaval and destruction. (Matthew 24:29, Zephaniah 1:14-18) The heaven and earth of this Realm being then completely dispossessed of wicked forces of spiritual darkness, their minds and hearts are receptive, and become fertile ground for the Holy Spirit-anointed Millennial evangelism of the then spiritually circumcised Jew. "Let us go to the house of the God of Jacob; and he (the Jews) will teach us his ways, and we will walk in his paths." Men will no longer be taught and enthralled through the godless deceiving lens of religious Babylon (Revelation 17&18), having now Holy Spirit- inspired zeal without wrong motives. Having wholehearted desire, the Gentiles willingly seek the Jews, who are known now to have God’s great favor and knowledge of God’s ways and who can instruct them in His righteous laws. (Ezekiel 44:23-24… “And they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and profane, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean. And in controversy they shall stand in judgment; and they shall judge it according to my judgments: and they shall keep my laws and my statutes in all mine assemblies; and they shall hallow my sabbaths.”) Chiefly, that they might receive the Truth of the Messiah and receive Him by faith as their Savior, and then learn God-like conduct, in all manner of righteous living, that they might wholly obey His Millennial Age-revealed Word, in spirit and truth, pay God His due Dispensational homage (by going up to Jerusalem for the Feast of Tabernacles as an example), escape any Millennial Age judgment for unrighteousness due to error or ignorance, and generally find His blessing through the people and priesthood of Israel. (Ezekiel 45:20) Thus, it will be that the guiding power of the Holy Spirit shall rest upon the subordinate Nations of the Earth according to Israel’s appointed intermediacy; (a “Kingdom of priests, an holy nation” - Exodus 19:6), to teach and guide in Godliness, particularly those who are eternally minded.
Ezekiel’s Temple will now be built by the Returning Messiah. (Zechariah 6:12-13… “And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The Branch (Jesus); and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the Lord: Even he shall build the temple of the Lord; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.”) It will make Solomon’s Temple, or Zerubbabel’s, or Herod’s, or the one Israel will build before His Return, comparatively poor. It will be the 5th and last (for in the New heaven and Earth, there will be no Temple building. - See Revelation 21:22… “And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.”).

Israel shall then exercise the Lord’s Theocratic Government in the Earth (but it will be the Earth’s heavenly Kingdom’s contingent that will rule over the Earth. - Revelation 3:21… “To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.” See Daniel 4:17,26… “This matter is by the decree of the watchers (Angels), and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men.” … “…the heavens do rule.”)

For out of Zion shall go forth the Law (Torah) and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.” (Isaiah 2:3-4)
The Law/Torah/the instruction of God, in all circumstances, is now adapted for all men. It is set forth in the spirit of the Law… which is to say, in inspired ‘love.’ Therefore, its principles inspire one to obedience in spirit and in truth… no longer in the ‘Letter of the Law’… wherein is found manipulation unto self-centered interests.
The Torah (of Moses fulfilled and filled with its meaning by the Messiah) will then be enforced by those entrusted with Divine authority/power by way of their once-proven virtue. (Revelation 2:26-27, Matthew 19:28… “And Jesus said unto them (His disciples), Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones (in the unseen heavenlies), judging the twelve tribes of Israel.”) Those Appointed by that ONE MAN (Jesus) hold all authority and power… “And he shall judge between the nations (according to Millennial Torah), and shall reprove many peoples.” All disputes between nations and peoples shall be decided by the application of God’s Written Law, administrated by Christ Himself through the ‘sons of God’ and His brethren partakers of the heavenly calling (Hebrews 2:5,11, 3:1 with Revelation 12:5, 10-11, 20:4-6), without war.
Babylonianism in the Body of Christ and Israel is utterly destroyed by His fearful Coming. It should be noted there was not triumph of a Church ‘converting the World,’ as some denominations teach.
“And the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom (able to judge the most difficult case possible) and understanding, the spirit of counsel (how to administrate the right thing in the right spirit) and might (when unlimited force is righteous love), the spirit of knowledge (Himself being the Word made flesh) and of the fear of the Lord (being subservient to the Father); and his delight shall be in the (loving) fear of the Lord.” …The ‘Seven spirits of God’ which are before the Throne… are ‘resting’ upon Him. (Revelation 5:6… “And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.”)
Jesus, the King of Kings… a Spirit-filled Man (Genesis 1:26-28)… a Benevolent Dictator of Jewish blood, now takes David’s ‘Throne’ as the Messiah of Israel… emblematic of that heavenly Throne satan sat on and from where he had ruled over mankind since Adam’s Fall. And now alongside Him, in the unseen heavenly part of this Realm, is His Bride who attained unto “the prize of the High Calling.” (Philippians 3) His glory will later fill Ezekiel’s Temple. (Ezekiel 43:5, 44:4… “So the spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and, behold, the glory of the Lord filled the house.” … “Then brought he me the way of the north gate before the house: and I looked, and, behold, the glory of the Lord filled the house of the Lord: and I fell upon my face.”)
Six Millennial Days (6000 years) have passed… God’s ‘regeneration’ of the Earth (a re-shaping of the face of the Earth and its skies) and fallen man is now complete… peace shall now rule the Earth again as it enters God’s blessed Millennial Sabbath/Rest. (Isaiah 30:26… “Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold (but not the heat of it), as the light of seven days, in the day that the Lord bindeth up the breach of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound.” Isaiah 11:1-10… “And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him (Jesus), the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord; And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears: But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth: with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked. And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins. The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea. And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious.”)
Romans 8:20… “For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. For the creation was subjected to vanity, not of its own will, but by reason of him who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the liberty of the glory of the children of God.”
Much of the Earth will have been re-configurated during and after the Last Days’ Tribulation… the Euphrates becomes 7 streams… the Arabian Gulf is dried up. (Isaiah 19) Israel’s landscape has changed. (See Ezekiel 47 and Zechariah 14:4,8 as a couple of examples… “And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south… …And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea (Galilee), and half of them toward the hinder sea (the Mediterranean): in summer and in winter shall it be.”) God-consciousness/“knowledge of the Lord” will be restored in renewed Earth. “They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.”
The present New Testament renewed mind in the loving faith and hope of glory, centered in these marvelous Kingdom realities should determine the character of our pilgrimage on this Earth. It guides, corrects, and changes our outlook as we walk according to faith in the ‘un-seen.’ It inspires us Christ followers to be without grumbling and complaining. Realizing every challenging circumstance is the ground upon which we may draw upon the grace/power of the Holy Spirit in transformation unto the worthiness of the prize of the High/heavenly Calling in Jesus… that will be of intricate and indispensable value in the Coming Millennial Kingdom.
