Spike's All-You-Can-Eat Buffet

As Spike has turned the corner from middle-aged to just plain old, she has gotten harder to feed. Often, I spend 15 minutes coaxing her to eat a few worms. So when she decided to help herself to the worm bowl where we stash the worms between feedings, I was thrilled.

The worms had piled themselves up in a corner where they were easily accessible and not covered in their feed, and it was first thing in the morning when Spike is most interested in eating, so this turned into an all-you-can-eat buffet for Spike.
