Learned 5 decades ago speaking truth is a "crime", being Healthy is a "CRIME". The "Family", "Community" in the USrael is and HAS BEEN Ragingly Abusive and DYSFUNCTIONAL for more than 5 decades.
Things have Only gotten WORSE since the 70's. I dug as Deep as I could into Health and Fitness; mentally, physically and Spiritually, ESPECIALLY Healthy relationship Skills, active listening, mirroring techniques, Healthy BOUNDARIES, exposing Abusers and holding them ACCOUNTABLE and NOT ENABLING, MAKING EXCUSES FOR and CODDLING people who are SUPPOSED to be Healthy Adults!

NEAR MIN 39, 40 where Dennis Kucinich, Garland Nixon AND Gerald Celente are ALL Making EXCUSES for "Grown Adults" like people have said to me as to why "leaders" are and have FAILED and ABUSED their own Children for over 5 decades.
Calling the People "Littled Minded", as his father said decades ago but, completely ignoring the Question, "WHY are the People "LIttle Minded?" This is a HEALTH CRISIS and has been for Decades as well.
"Adults" are NOT supposed to be "Little Minded!" Children are Little Minded and smarter than the "Grown Ups" which is WHY there's BEEN a PANDEMIC of Child Abuse that's Only gotten WORSE since the 70's.
We NEED TO LOOK AT THE "FAMILY" SYSTEM, Unfit Parenting AS A CLEAR "MICRO" OF THE MACRO Corruption and Abuse.
The Problem STILL IS as it HAS BEEN for 50 years,, people do NOT want to Admit and look into and do the Clean up of what's UNCOMFORTABLE. The dsyfunction and Abuse has been NORMALIZED when it Should have Been COUNTERED?
FITNESS FITNESS, FITNESS.
If those around me admitted the Dysfunction and abuse that was RIGHT THERE in the "Home" that I pointed out and was dealt with and cured, we could have been living in a Much healthier world by Now. But, clearly Amerikans LIKE dysfunction, abuse and are acclimated to it and do NOT want to Make the EFFORT to get Fit in Mind/Body.
