GOD ALWAYS KNOWS AND WILL DO WHAT'S BEST

Tell me something guys, and please be honest with this question I'm about to ask from this morning's devotional.

When have you felt that what God provided didn’t live up to your expectations?

I don’t know what it is about this account out of John about the feeding of 5000 people, but there was something I learned out of this passage of scripture this morning that I needed to be reminded of. That God is unwavering, steadfast, and sovereign in His loving care for me, but most of all, God knows and does what's best for me. That's something I often forget, and I praise God for Him reminding me of it through this morning scripture. I was also reminded of the fact that God's ways are not mine. That my expectations and thinking of what I want God to do for me, are different from what God has in mind, and I need to learn to submit myself to God's will.

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me out of this morning scripture, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that you will understand just how important it is to trust that God not only knows, but will do what's best in your life. So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that you will not only think about it, but ask God to work on you to help you trust that God truly knows and will do what's best for you.

What helps you to trust Him?

I want to challenge you tonight guys, to really think about these questions out of this morning's devotional and deeply consider how fortunate you are that God provided for you, and those provisional needs didn't meet up to your expectations. I say that guys, because I believe that God always has something better for us, and when something doesn't go the way we think it should go, it's because God wants to open our eyes to see that He's got something so much better for us in mind. But most of all guys, we can rest in the knowledge that God is not only unwavering in his will to save, and keep us, but will always do what is best for us.
