Karen Read, The McAlberts PR tour
The McAlberts went on TV to spin their story after Karen Read was found not guilty. But after watching that interview… yikes. They came off looking more out of touch than ever. When your family’s been accused of a cover-up, and the world has watched the trial unfold — maybe don’t go on national television asking for sympathy.
This wasn’t just a local story. People from all over the world followed this case, because something felt wrong — and the evidence backed that up. A worldwide community stood behind Karen Read because the facts were on her side, and the investigation was a mess. If the McAlberts truly meant it when they said they’d do anything for John, they should be furious that the police botched this case so badly.
We’ll be watching parts of the interview under fair use — for commentary, criticism, and education — and talking about why the “McAlberts” might want to rethink their PR tour.
