On March 8, 2025, ICE agents "KIDNAPPED" Mahmoud Khalil from his building in New York City.

Mahmoud Khalil was released from the ICE "cage" in Jena, Louisiana, on World Refugee Day, on June 20, 2025, at around 7 PM local time.

On June 20, 2025, federal judge Michael Farbiarz release Mahmoud Khalil on bail from an ICE detention center in Louisiana, where he has been locked up for more than three months for his activism against the Israel-USA genocide against Palestinians. Mahmoud will return to New York City to be with his wife, Noor Abdalla, and newborn son Deen, while his case proceeds.

“After more than three months we can finally breathe a sigh of relief and know that Mahmoud is on his way home to me and Deen, who never should have been separated from his father,” said Dr. Noor Abdalla, Mahmoud Khalil’s wife.

US president Donald Trump (Republican Party), NYC mayor Eric Adams (Democratic Party), ICE agents and NYPD officers are working together to expel, deport migrant fathers, mothers, children.

REMINDER: Barack Obama, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris deported millions of migrants (they are members of the Democratic Party).

Free Mexican Jeanette Vizguerra and Mexican Alfredo Juárez Zeferino. They were "KIDNAPPED" by ICE agents in March 2025. Jeanette is in an ICE detention center in Colorado and Alfredo is in an ICE detention center in the state of Washington. Free Andry José Hernández. Free Kilmar Abrego García. Free ALL migrants in detention centers.

There were hundreds and hundreds of New York City Police Department (NYPD) officers. NYPD cops harassed peaceful protesters. NYPD officers arrested a few peaceful pro-Palestine, anti-ICE New Yorkers. NYPD officers harassed journalists.

Democrat and republican politicians fund U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE). For the 2025 fiscal year, democrats and republicans gave at least $10 billion to ICE. For the 2026 fiscal year, it is possible that ICE will get $11 billion.

"From Gaza to Los Angeles to NYC our struggles for liberation are interconnected - from the struggle for Palestinian liberation to the fight against ICE, deportations and state violence. Join people of conscience around the world in support of the March to Gaza, the Sumud Convoy, the Freedom Flotilla, and all mobilizations to break the siege on Gaza. As Palestinians continue to be starved and massacred by the U.S. and “israel” day in and day out, a new chapter of global popular resistance has begun.

From Gaza to New York City: FREE OUR PEOPLE! FREE THEM ALL!" said Within Our Lifetime (wolpalestine on X and Telegram) before the protest. INFO: www.instagram.com/nyclaborforpalestine/p/DK0eJ9esINs/

“Federal judge Michael Farbiarz ordered the immediate release of Palestiniain political prisoner Mahmoud Khalil. After the judge heard arguments from the Trump administration and Khalil’s attorneys, the judge found that Khalil did not pose a risk of flight, and that bail would be sufficient to ensure his return to court pending a decision on his immigration case.”_Palestinian Youth Movement INFO: www.instagram.com/nycpym/p/DLIdaosucoQ

“In the last 3 months, thousands have mobilized, rallied, wrote letters, and organized to demand his freedom — and today, we celebrate a people’s victory.

Mahmoud’s release is a testament to the power of collective action. But the struggle continues: for the liberation of Palestine, and to defend our right to protest and basic civil liberties.”_The People's Forum INFO: www.instagram.com/peoplesforumnyc/p/DLIfWKMgmYN
