Swordsmen

You know, I always wondered why Onslaught has a crave for knifes until he told me this story. It all started when he would usually kill people with his fist. Now it does come with a price, sometimes his victim would always had a weapon on the to defend themselves with, of course it's gonna take more then that to take on Onslaught but it do be hurting like a bitch. It wasn't until one day, he was exploring threw a forest and haven't to discover a village. It was full of people carrying swords and hidden blades. Onslaught got intrigued on the idea and decided to check it out. When he approach them, they all had their swords pointing at him, it wasn't until the person who was the their savior told everybody to drop their weapons. His name was Edge, yea edgy right? Edge approach him and asked him questions, Onslaught answered them and they been talking ever since. So Onslaught asked him can he have one. Now edge was feeling suspicious about him and wondered why would he asked such a question. He was gonna say no until he told him " Listen, I don't know why would you ask such a question like that or your attentions. Hell I even don't trust you from the way you look. But, if you want one, then you gotta prove my trust, and that's by training with us and keeping us safe from demons, if you can do that, I'll let you have one. Deal?" The villagers wasn't too happy about the conditions he was offered, Onslaught wasn't too pleased with the response he was given, but he put it evilness aside and agreed to it. Ever since then they been training for close to 2 years with him mastering a sword, he been making a lot of progress with it and even done a heck of a job protecting them. Everything was going smoothly until this one fatal day when a big group of very powerful swordsmen came in and reak havoc in the village. Him and edge was taking them on one on one until one of them caught him off guard and slice his head off. Onslaught got pissed off about it and started going crazy with the sword. He was chopping arms and legs off and everything, that's when he fought the leader and the leader was maintaining his onslaught, (see what i did there)? When he went to swing at him, he broke his sword and Onslaught had nothing to kill em with. That was until when the leader take one good swipe at em and miss, Onslaught saw a knife and stab em in the neck to finish him off. He took all of his rage out on em and stabbed up 20 times. To finish him off, he even ripped his head off and keeps it with him to this day. The villagers saw that he won and now worried about who's gonna protect them. So what Onslaught did, he gave the very special sword only certain people with the power to control it to a very bright kid who went on to be the best swordsmen in the world. To this day Onslaught still swings by the village and check up on them despite his past. He even got a statue of him build because of his heroics. That's why Onslaught always carry a knife on him to remember his fallen friend and the same weapon he used to avenged him. Who know he could be so noble.
