From there, Callahan and Bilbrey share a video of Madison County Commissioner Rick Gardner (R) being rude to a couple of citizens who attended an open meeting to gather information about a serious situation in Alexandria. However, Commissioner Gardner apparently had no intention of providing any information to the citizens! What is truly going on in Madison County?
