Waterloo District School Board says its “Dismantling Whiteness” training is fake… but also real.

When the material went public, the board confirmed its authenticity—then claimed the reporting lacked “context.”

Legacy media followed with attempts to reframe the issue, invoking religious extremism and so-called “moral panic,” while failing to challenge the core facts.

Despite no violations of policy, Melanie’s X account was restricted, and the slides mysteriously disappeared. Officials have yet to answer basic questions—like who created the training, or whether disrupting the nuclear family is, in fact, aligned with critical race theory.

Meanwhile, legacy media and school officials continue to avoid direct engagement.
