Meet Thelma, one of our DOGS WITH HORNS! She was saved from slaughter.

Goats are dogs with horns. Watch Thelma jump up on her favorite log so I can hug her. She and the rest of the herd were rescued from being butchered on the spot for food. They have all heard their friends and relatives screaming for help as they were killed and cut up into meat, so they are still leery of people.

Many cultures around the world eat goats. And yes, they eat dogs too. If they only knew what we do . . . that goats and dogs are loving angels.

Sadly, due to our massive border crossings, other cultures are here in the US now and some of them raise goats for meat. Some even buy or kidnap dogs to butcher too. That's another reason I do not adopt out our rescued animals, that we are care for life. This is the only way I can keep my promise to each of these precious beings that nothing bad will ever happen to them again.

I am hoping I can change the world for animals by showing how special they are on this channel. Maybe that is naive, an impossible pipe dream . . . but I will keep trying.
