DEEP PRESENCE - Tarot with Titania – June 20th to 27th, 2025

Constant inner reflection keeps us true to who we are becoming, so we release what is no longer relevant to us now.

Live from the inside out, not the outside in. The burdens of the outer world are not ours to carry. We can’t suffer, worry or stress enough to change anything for anyone else. What we can do is disengage from unproductive application of our attention (ex: watching the news), and redirect to what will serve more Life, Love and Beauty (ex: experiencing beauty, love, joy, etc…).

There is always something to celebrate. Summer is the season of the heart. Indulge the heart with love and joy. When we look for the beauty and blessings, we find them. By giving them our attention, they expand into even more blessings!

Be deeply present in your beautiful body as much as possible. Using our practices, our awareness and breath, we deliberately come home to ourselves: the center from which we powerfully create and celebrate. This is the point of our existence: to BE HERE NOW, celebrating our embodied, co-creative dance with Life.

If the mind is feeling uncertain, get into the body and DO something physical that will add to your experience in good ways. I like to call it: Getting Ready to be Ready... Keep moving the energy of your life forward in positive ways, trusting you will receive what you need, when you need it. Until then, there is laundry to be done, or your kitchen floor needs a sweep. Simple, embodied practices ground us, and we are then present to receive what we need.
