The mysterious voices in mass shooter videos. (Eliot Rodger Video)

This video is meant to show case the different pitches and tones used in subconscious mind driving that is picked up in the wiring of microphones. It's a real world example of how our subconscious can be highjacked.
This is Eliot Rodger, a student who went to USCB in Isla Vista, California.
On the evening of May 23, 2014 he went on a murderous rampage. Killing 6 people injuring 14, shooting stabbing and ramming people with his car in an attempt to take his misery out on anyone he could near the campus.
In this video you will hear the sub-audible transmissions that cultivated and turned his misery it into a murderous rampage. You will hear what countless other mass shooters, domestic murderers, serial killers, "schizophrenics", etc..
These are the voices people don't hear talking inside their head. They feel them. They feel the havoc they wreak on their emotions. They feel the Anger, Sadness, Fear, Shame, etc.. these words impact on their subconscious.
The subconscious can process 27,500 times what our active consciousness can. That is for every 1 word you hear and understand your subconscious can hear and understand 27,500 words. Granted a lot of that is used for biological processes but you get the point.
In no way do I condone the actions Eliot Rodger or any of the mass shooters took. They fell prey and allowed them selves to be pawns. Costing the lives of innocent.

I downloaded this from the internet archive, imported it into Audacity and amplified the quieter moments. This can be done with almost any video. I've found them in ever single one of these videos of mass shooters.
You will hear multiple different modulated voices. These voices typically sound electronic, whispery, ethereal, mechanical, and or like an old fashioned speaker.
At the end there will be a short tutorial on how to amplify the quieter segments using Audacity.

As you age you lose the ability to hear higher pitch tones. Depending on your age and hearing damage you will hear different things. This is a mix of the most obvious transmissions to the slightly less obvious transmissions.
If you were to watch his video and focus on his speaking you would probably never hear a single one of these instances. You will have to listen to some of the more difficult ones a few times to even decern a hint of speech patterns.
