Set during the late Tang Dynasty in 848 AD, the game follows a nameless messenger and his son as they journey eastward through hostile lands to deliver a message that could decide their homeland's fate. Inspired by the real historical "Dunhuang Uprising," this emotional odyssey spans deserts, sieges, and sacrifice, honoring the unsung heroes of history not emperors or generals, but those who carried the burden of duty.
