Space Time, Time dilation. Do we see it backwards?

Space Time is the latest rage in physics. They believe they solved gravity based on it. But is that true? Some think it is entropy. The truth is that they are seeing a single piece of a larger puzzle and attempting to make it the center piece of their grand plan. The question posed here is Space Time or Time Dilation? Most won't consider time dilation as a factor until they understand energy correctly and how it builds everything. Please do not misunderstand me. I do not believe magnetism is everything either or that there is free energy everywhere. But things do have their lace in everything. Understanding that there are more factors to consider in the flow of everything is more important.
