NOTE: FOR THE BRINE
In the video, I said ½ cup of vinegar and ½ cup of water but I had to adjust by adding another ¼ cup. Everything else remained the same.

INGREDIENTS
Makes a 3 ½ cups / 750ml jar
1 or 2 Red Onions - make sure the onions' flesh is firm when you squeeze them.
¾ cup Red or White Wine Vinegar
¾ cup Water
¼ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 tablespoon Whole Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Freeze Dried Garlic
You could replace it with ½ tablespoon of Garlic Powder or place a large whole peeled garlic clove

OPTIONAL
1 Red Chili Pepper cut into quarters seeds removed or ¼ teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
