Marionberry Rolls
MARIONBERRY JAM ROLLS
What you'll need:
For the dough:
-1/2 cup warm water
-1 tsp white sugar
2.25 tsp instant yeast
-5 cups all purpose flour
-1/3 cup white sugar
-1/4 tsp kosher salt
-1.5 sticks butter, softened
-2 large eggs,lightly beaten
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-3/4 cup warm milk
For the frosting:
-1/2 stick softened butter
-4oz cream cheese
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-2 cups powdered sugar
-1 jar pioneer_valley_foods seedless Marionberry fancy jam
1. In a glass measuring cup, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast and let sit for 5-10 minutes until bubble forms.
2. In a mixing bow| whisk together all purpose flour, sugar, and salt. Then add butter, eggs, Yanilla, warm milk, and yeast mixture. Mix well and cover; let rise for 45 minutes.
3. Punch down dough and place on floured surface and roll out to a 15"x20" rectangle. Spread pioneer_valley_foods seedless Marionberry fancy jam on top and roll into a log. Cut into 12 individual pieces using unwaxed floss.
4. Place individual pieces in a greased 9x13 pan and cover; let rise for 30 minutes.
5. Bake at 350 for 25-28 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
6. To make the frosting, beat together butter, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Spread onto cooled rolls.
