Minnesota BOA & Murdered CEO

The person who was charged with murdering the CEO of the UnitedHealth Group Insurance subsidiary needs to follow my complaint with the State of Minnesota's Board of Accountancy. Even if I am correct, that fact would still NOT justify vigilante justice, but it would justify the Minnesota BOA stripping the CPA licenses from all CPAs who commit this crime in the State of Minnesota.
