"Risin Prodigy" has been homeless for 12 years, 9 of them in AZ. He says being homeless you see bizarre things, people taking advantage and are vandictice. He says being a vulnerable person is why he's on the streets, he allowed people to get apartments in his name and is $8K in Debt from apartments. His wish is to open shelters one for battered women and children and another for males, also looking to finishing his book by adding an additional 12 chapters.
