Tanzania has opened negotiations with the Donald Trump administration in an attempt to circumvent its “red list” restrictions, which include a partial or full travel ban in the US. The Tanzanian government said the US wants it to address certain immigration issues. These nations have been reportedly given a 60-day deadline to demonstrate improvements in immigration issues like visa overstays, terrorist or antisemitic activity, and the difficulty in verifying the documents presented upon arrival in the US.
