Devotees Clash with Sticks on Kedarnath Yatra Route – Holy Path Turns into Battlefield

Kedarnath (Uttarakhand) – A shocking video from the Kedarnath pilgrimage route has gone viral, showing a violent clash between devotees over a parking dispute near a car parking zone. What began as a minor argument quickly escalated into a brutal brawl, with both sides attacking each other using sticks and wooden rods.

The incident occurred on the pedestrian path to Kedarnath during the peak of the Char Dham Yatra. The viral footage shows men shouting, charging at one another, and others trying in vain to stop the fight. A few participants were seen limping away after the scuffle, though no major injuries have been confirmed so far.

Local authorities have yet to register any FIRs or announce arrests. Officials are examining CCTV footage to identify those involved. The administration has urged devotees to maintain peace and preserve the sanctity of the yatra.
