The Phantom, created by Lee Falk in 1936, is back with a new comic series from Mad Cave Studios, launching September 2025. Following a successful Free Comic Book Day issue #0, The Phantom #1, written by Ray Fawkes (Gotham by Midnight, One Soul), illustrated by Russell Olson (Gateway City, The Darkest Judge), and lettered by Taylor Esposito, reimagines the Ghost Who Walks for new and returning fans. Set in the Bandar village of Bangalla, this series explores Kit Walker, the 21st Phantom, facing smugglers with themes of solidarity, resistance, and legacy.
