Red Line Double Oaked Whiskey Review | Best Double Oaked Bourbon in 2024? | Beardly Bourbon & Spirits

In this review, I’m tasting a bottle I’ve been seriously excited to open — Red Line Whiskey Company’s Double Oaked Bourbon. This one was graciously sent over by our friends at Cana Wine Company, and spoiler alert: it did not disappoint.

From the first pour, this expression brings everything I want in a double-oaked pour — and then some.

✅ Double Oaked MGP Bourbon expertly blended by Taylor Morley
✅ Beautiful color + complex nose: caramel, mint, chocolate
✅ Tasting notes: grape, burnt sugar, crème brûlée, coffee, cinnamon
✅ High-rye mashbill? Getting that signature herbal note
✅ Compared to Woodford Double Double Oaked? I might pick this.

This is easily one of the best double-oaked whiskeys I’ve had in a long time — and if you’re a fan of layered sweetness, dry oak, and balanced tannins, you need this on your shelf.
