How can you have gas pressure without the necessary antecedent of a container to press upon?

Answer: You can’t. It’s a violation of Gas Law and the Second Law of Thermodynamics. Gas does not go “down.” It expands in all directions to fill the available volume. If there was no containment the gas on earth would fill the space and we’d all be dead. Is the theory of space fake?
