A Palestinian child was stabbed today while trying to secure a bag of flour near an aid truck in northern Gaza. Despite standing beside a truck full of bags, he was attacked by gangs seeking to take food by force. “I told him to go take another bag, but he pulled out a knife and stabbed me,” the boy said, bleeding and wrapping his wound with his shirt. These gangs, allowed to operate under Israeli occupation control, with some like the Yasser Abu Shabab gang fully funded and supported by Israel, fuel the chaos at aid points and create a system where the strong dominate the weak. Although aid trucks are entering, distribution remains deadly. Israeli occupation forces continue to target civilians with gunfire and shelling as they approach food lines. Today alone, over 100 people were martyred across the Gaza Strip while trying to reach aid.
