Can the US Empire and Israel Survive WAR with Iran?

If / when the United States Empire enters the Israel/Iran WAR on the side of Israel, Iran is likely to launch on the 40,000 to 50,000 troops stationed across at least 19 locations, including permanent bases in countries like Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. Key bases include Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, which serves as a major hub for U.S. Central Command operations among others.

This will seriously escalate the conflict into a probable Regional War. There are many actions that Iran may / can take that can / will affect the global economy. We could see oil rise to $100 to $300 dollars a barrel. I'm not sure Americans are ready for $7.00+ a gallon at the pump.

There is concern that Iran may shutdown the Strait of Hormuz which is a strait between the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman. The strait is about 90 nautical miles (167 km) long, with a width varying from about 52 nmi (96 km) to 21 nmi (39 km). A third of the world's liquefied natural gas and almost 25% of total global oil consumption passes through the strait.

However, China, who is a trading partner with Iran gets a lot of their Oil and LNG through the strait so Iran may not completely shutdown all shipping traffic.
